Big O tires on Parkmoor ave in San Jose is a place to go if you don't care what the cost is or how long they take to get started on your car. They aren't rude but very skilled in excuses and apologies
STOP!!!!, don't make a mistake going there, that's true what Michael and Marlow says, they full of excuses, but very polite, if you drop your car in there make sure to be very specific about all the info you give them, otherwise they don't care about anything, and in the last case you have to ask for reset the oil change light from the dashboard, cause they don't gonna do it unless you ask.
