We need an awning for our commercial real estate building. Our real estate signs are red and white. A red awning with white lettering may be what we choose to do. Can you tell me if a red awning will fade from being in the sun and weather?

Hello Brenda, All colors will fade from the sun, and turns out red does fade the fastest out of all colors. With saying that I would expect a difference of around 10% shorter lifespan for red, and with a 10 year warranty fabric I wouldn't compromise my choice of color for a slightly shorter lifespan.

I can tell you that they use very high grade materials. As to what colors may fade would be a good question for them.
