They do sell and install new tires, not sure about repairs, i would think they do those also

Yes, if it is safe to fix it can be fixed. If not , plenty of tires to choose from. Just remember, a bike of that size and weight needs proper tires . Its no place to cut corners.
They fix tires. But if it's a Harley. Why don't you go to the Harley shop on Front st ?
