Carrier didn't even take the time or effort to read the name on the mailbox and didn't bother delivering my parcels. The local office told me to be on hold for over an hour on the phone only to be forgotten. Basically got a "I don't care or rather I don't want to give the effort to care" answer after confronted with this. Said they'll call me back in a few minutes with the package... that was 3 days ago. Went to the office in person only to waste my time once more.

I literally can’t believe how much a waste of time passport service is. I could literally take a hour or two long nap and I wouldn’t get serviced. What’s the point of appointment times when they don’t honor it. Go somewhere else if you can

Mismanaged, management is disgusting and covers up over main office complaints to make it seem like they're doing a job but they're not. Long lines, like 2 workers if you are lucky. Long lines at lunch hour like youd think theyd anticipate that and refigure dealing with that. Newer staff has a bad attitude. If you have a complaint matter you're not getting results.

If you rent a PO box your parcels are held at the Post Office regardless of the PO box size. The parcel will either be marked in the box if it is too big or their will be a key for a parcel locker if it will fit into one.

Last time i had a post office box you can get ur mail from the box til 12 midnight 7 days aweek. Any questions should be asked to the Post Master.
