Aaron is 100% correct. Getting a Matte finish to look good on a ceiling is VERY difficult, and because there is very little wear, there is little to no benefit.
I would recommend Benjamin Moore ultra flat ceiling paint. Covers great, hides imperfections, and will touch up easily.
