My best mate was poisoned. We were closest to your hospital and we rushed him to you. You turned us away. You didnt even come out to see him. He died on the way to the next hospital. Is this a normal thing for your hospital? To turn away animals?

We had the same thing happen to us last August, we were turned away as well. Our dog was sick, no one took the time to come see our dog either. He later died the same day in route to a hospital in Overland Park. I was told at the Crest Animal Hospital that they were tooo busy and couldn’t take or even look at our baby.

I've never known them to turn anyone away. What reason were you given?
