I'm not sure about the buffet. Unfortunately I'm not Fortunate enough to get to go to a buffet. But the restaurants are open. I can always get back with that Vital Information.

Yes it is.. occasionally they do a drawing out front of the turnstile.. i think that might be the only use that area gets all year now. Maybe they open it up for race events.. I'm not sure though..
