Can someone please help me get in contact with ROME DMV as ive been calling for 3 weeks. I surrendered my plates to their drop box and of course no one sent me a receipt so now im being threatended for suspension by Albany. I need my receipt ASAP.

I was there yesterday. Someone questioned them while I was waiting and they said they are running about 2 weeks behind. After a month of calling to get a busy signal or no answer, I emailed them...eventually they called me back. There are only 4 people working there right now.

Go to the front door OF DMV there's a number that's NOT listed in the phone book and ALSO a OFFICER there to ASSIST

Go there they will be able to assist you
