Yes to both questions. Call Hillsdale lake they'll give more info. But they do have a camp site with a little round pin for your horses and lots of trails around the lake. Hope this help

I have only ever seen biking trails.
I don't believe so. The best place I've seen for horses in the area is Eisenhower State Park @ Melvern Lake. They have stalls at camping sites and lots of trails. 45 min South of Hillsdale.
