I washed my truck at this location and paid $20 cash. The machine was to dispense $10 in change back to me. Never gave me my money and I have the receipt. How do I go about getting my $10 refund as I do not live near this location?

I've had this happen as well. Their machines are garbage and you wont get a refund as they have a sign saying credit refunds are only given in car wash credit
