At drop off, I asked the technician about several things that I was concerned about. He was impatient and short with me. So much so that I responded with, "ok, I was just asking". I was the first appointment of the day and dropping off for my first oil change. He told me to, "go wait and I'll let you know when it's ready" and I had to ask where the waiting room was.

When we were there everyone was socially distanced while not wearing a mask and wearing them when in Clos proximity. We were very comfortable and felt the practices were appropriate.
