Not impressed at all the last visit
Doesn't seem necessary for the cashier to watch the employees and not wait on the next person. I would call headquarters and complain as that is not policy in any fast food restaurant. I've encountered slow service many times when I go through the line myself. Please call and inform headquarters of what you witnessed so the situation can be rectified. Thank you.
I would suggest writing or otherwise contacting the manager and taking the question there to be dealt with. Chances are they will seek to resolve the issue. Service hasn't always been slow at that Wendy's, and it can be helped.
I always thought the service was fast. Recently they messed up my order twice within days. That has never happened before.
I agree with Lukas. Sometimes the only way services get better is to report it in a professional manner with hopes management takes proper steps to correct it.
I have eaten there many times and the service is fine .I only have to wait on my fries cause I ask fir no salt and they never got an order wrong.I am fine with there service.
Although there are days where there is sometimes slow service, most of the time the service is exemplary.
