Dear Mr. Manager... Your rude, lazy staff had your little franchise closed for business, twenty minutes, before your posted hours; the menu board was dark, the dim-witted minion at the window dropped my bank card, in the mud---not even an "Oops," much less an "I am sorry..." Bad food, in general.... All sold out of sauces; in short, they were ready to go home.... I make a run for a floor of hospital nurses, every night.... Never returning to this store... Called the Rehabilitation Center, on Blue Ridge; told them about your lousy, end of shift food, andy rotten service
