It's been my experience that if you use the app, you're much more likely to get a response. You typically have to deal with a manager from the store & some aren't helpful at all, while some are awesome.
They don't answer their phones no way, I spoke to someone at the regional office and they claim they were going to do something for me with my food being messed up, they never did. Then they stopped answering their phone
