Is there actual office hours to come in to do business or anytime is fine?

Our office hours are from 9am-5pm M-F excluding government holidays and Saturday 9-1pm. We are available by phone 24 hours

There are actual office hours to do business. Suggest that you always call to make an appointment before coming in.

We conducted our business by appointment. The phone is 24 hour. I doubt that you can conduct important business in person by dropping in.
