I’m sorry, but these people dropped the ball in the assistance during and after the funeral for my husband. Kirk was very helpful and kind during the time of making the arrangements and we appreciate that. However, the organization fell apart during visitation as we needed direction and it wasn’t present. Someone from McGilleys should have been directing visitors, as well as helping us (the family) to know how to line up for a receiving line.
