Ok well after reading a lot of reviews its mixed. The towel and food stuff can be resolved, I can go at a time I won't be hungry and i can bring my own towel. One gal spoke of a uniform?? Most saunas you wear a swimming suit.

Every thing except the nudity I can deal w.what's w certain cultures and having to be nude??are there any Korea spas that don't require you to be nude??

They have uniforms to be worn over your swimsuit as you are walking around the facility. You can use them while you're in the sauna as well. However in the bottom of the facility where you will change in the women's locker room and they do have someone as that you can sit in in the nude as well as nude pools. It is strictly for women only in those areas. Hope this helps
