You might be able to call and book services (I've never tried) but to book services when you get there go to the second floor and there is a desk directly across from the stairs to the women's locker room where someone will be able to help you book.

If you purchase tickets from groupon you will have to wait 24hrs from purchase time b4 you can use it. Also you can add additional services when you get there or on groupon!
