Why you workers never answer your phone calls

I don't work there, but I visited yesterday. Maybe I can help.

The reception area is where you sign in it gets so busy. It's a beautiful place they also have a call you back option.

First off...*why do y'all not answer the phone?*... Or *why don't the employees at Spa Castle answer the phones?* Second... 🤷🏾‍♂️ Third... while I still don't know, I guess it's cause they don't have a dedicated person answering the phone. So it's probably someone else's job when they aren't doing anything...like checking guests in, etc... but what was the question you were going to ask them? Maybe the Google community can help...
