You can make appointments for massages facials etc but price permission gets you in to enjoy all other amenities

Online appointment worked for me. But i went on Groupon First for their deals and it took me to the website.
You might be able to make appointments for special services like massage or facial in the spa, but you don't need appointment to go to the hot tubs and saunas and steam room etc.
