Yes, you can go on line, feel out the questions, pay on line, print out receipt or send to your cellphone. Go into any Sam's club show them your receipt cause it has a number on it, have an ID with your picture and address, then be ready for a picture and you get your card right there. You can also add on one member of the family for free. They must go in as will with their ID to take a picture as well. Your picture is not on the card only in their database. You need your state id..and go to the costumer service they charge$40 dsl per year but sometimes they have special for $25.
