Do not use them!!! If I could give no stars- I would! Shirt was stained when received, shoes were the wrong size. Pant clips didn't work. They didn't care & made no effort to make right. Would not use them again! Rental date 7.13.22.

My daughter came in on Thursday, June 30th, 2022 to pick up her suit for her brother's wedding on July 2nd. When the suit was brought out, the pants they had were too big. When they fitted her for the suit the pants fit fine. When asked where were the pants that she tried on, they responded that those were the same pants. After some conversation it was determined by the manager that my daughter had lost weight. But these were a totally different pair of pants. And they claimed that they only carry one pair of pants in that size. When contacted about the mishap, the manager came on the phone (with a very nasty attitude) and said there was nothing they could do. Vicky stated very loudly that they could not help us and there was nothing more they would do When asked about a refund, she rushed thru the process and hung up the phone on us. This whole ordeal was very unsettling and this company needs to be restructured and training needs to be implemented.

Boss is awesome! I had a pandemic wedding with multiple reschedules and they were more than accommodating. I would happily recommend them to anyone booking for a wedding. One of my groomsman chose Boss for his own wedding party due to their great service. Look no further for tux needs. Jim is the man!
