Why don’t they have a direct number to contact the store manager if needed? I’ve been trying to call the store and can’t get in contact with anyone

Yes you have to call corporate and you let them know what the problem is and they in turn will call the store because I had gotten some meat and when I got home the meat was spoiled so when I called the corporate number they called the store where I bought it from and told them the situation after that they let me know the manager's name who I was to ask for as soon as I return the item the manager was very helpful and exchange to meet with no problem at all I have no idea why they don't have a direct number to their stores I think maybe I may ask that question myself LOL I hope that this helps you

No one can call any store directly. U must call corporate in Indiana. They in turn will call the store or check on an item at yr local stores.
