Hi been calling to get a technician to fix the hospital bed for my mother as 3 days later after delivery the wheel and headboard leg came off. What do we need to do to get this taken care of? Should we call to cancel this order with ORBIT? HELP!

I have spent hours calling Orbit regarding a broken motorized wheelchair. Nice Lindsey, extension 6012, sold this to me and once put me through to a repair person, who never followed up. Other than that, I have not been able to get through to anyone during the last four weeks. Another reviewer likes "Junior" - Maybe ask for him? I would cancel anything that needs repair and order from a different company.
