Why does nobody pickup the phone at customer service in this place?

If you can't get anyone to answer the service desk, you can try another department. Remember to inform them that no one is answering the service desk. If all else fails contact 1800walmart and state your grievance.

What you can do when calling customer service, and don't get a response. Hang up and continue to call. Eventually someone will answer. However; address the issue of how long it took you to speak to someone.

I told the public this place was RUDE. Hey, try accessing another dept (Pharmacy) and ask to connect you...if all else fail - walk in or go elsewhere.
