Yes they do but I would highly recommend not doing them. The piercing guns do not get cleaned and I used to get my ears pierced at Walmart now I have an inection under my skin and it has been like that since the last time I pierced my ears. It is really painful and the only way to get rid of it is through surgery and I'm not doing that. Please head my warning and go to a professional tattoo shop with good reviews. I promise you, you won't be sorry.
Listen to Natalli, go to a tattoo shop and see a licensed piercer. It might cost a bit more, but it’s so worth it.
