What year does rv or travel trailer need to be to use this facility

I think they may require a low level background check for rv tenants I think they may check if anyone sex offender registry

I don't think they have a year restriction, it must be clean and presentable (paint, damage, rust free etc.) No leaks of any kind and self contained. They will ask for current registration and proof of current insurance.

I don't believe they have a year rule, as long as it's clean and safe.
