I have lived here for almost 4 yrs and This is by far the best RV site in the high desert. There have been power issues in the past bit these issues have been and will continue to be addressed. Plenty of nice people here and the park is well maintained. If you are looking to dump or need propane, best prices in town. They have storage and over night hook ups. You can even move in as a resident if space is available. I highly recommend it or I wouldn't have lived here so long.💥💥💥💥💥

I think they may require a low level background check for rv tenants I think they may check if anyone sex offender registry
Yes they do I have no idea what the requirements are I just rent a space for my trailer in their storage but my son used to live there a couple of years ago
