Do you mean the sugar grapes used to decorate platters? If so, I doubt it. If you mean concord grapes, nearly every grocerery store or green grocer sells them at this time of year. If you mean sugar covered red grapes, that is something you would have to do youself. Cut grapes ibto small bunches. Rinse them. Shaje off most of the water, or let them rest a few minutes on a cloth towel or in tbe dish rack. Submerge the little bunches in a deep bowl of granulated sugar, either table sugar (cheaper)or decorative colored sugar (expensive).
