My Bernese Mountian Dog has extreme dandruff like the video you have on your site.He has been to vet had scabies witch is now cured.The dandruff will not brush out or wash out.I have used many special shampoos with no results. Can you advise me .

Dr Ken Jones may be able to help; make sure to see Jones. The oatmeal shampoo also sounds like a good idea.

Oatmeal shampoo and a flea comb would be my best advice. It'll take a while but the small flea comb will get it out
