Yes, outlet is cheaper, always. Some styles are never sent to the outlet and vice versa. So what you see in retail, you won't see in an outlet. (I was once told by an associate, that outlet items are made for outlets and retail for retail.) I personally enjoy the outlets, since I like to change out my style and not worry about spending retail prices. During their sales, they cost so much less. Hope that helps.

Lilo S said it all! Perfect answer. I have seen different styles in the regular store as opposed to the Outlet. I was told by an Outlet employee, that they deliberately make separate styles for each venue.

Thank you guys for answering my first question, does anyone know the 2nd part to my question; someone told me if you bring in a Coach purse (in good condition), that you no longer want, they put that towards your next purse.Ex: So if I brought them my Coach that's hardly used, they'll give me, let's say $50, and that goes towards the next bag I buy. But you have to buy that day. Any truth to this that you know of?? And thank you for responding.
