The Kilted Mermaid is such a uniquely decorated eatery with a friendly staff. Their food is always on point, fresh, unique, and delicious. It’s our first stop when we have friends visiting from out of town and they all leave jealous that we have such an awesome and accepting place to enjoy. They’re always adding interesting options to the menu so it’s never boring, but there’s always the standby never fail options available as well. I can’t say enough about the beer options except that I wish I could drink more and still be responsible because they have so many choices and I can’t pick them all. The service and staff are helpful and very friendly, even when they’re packed. Don’t expect assistance from just one person, it is a team experience and you’ll interact with almost everyone working there and your cup won’t stay empty for long, if ever. Don’t forget to wear your kilt, your first beer is on the house (and remember it’s just a skirt if you’re wearing your unders!).
