long time smoker wanting to try and cut down by trying vaping. I get confused by all the options available. Am I able come in and get set up with everything I would need?

Depend were u live, some shops dont really know what they are doing, so u got to be extremely carefull. I mean is your health and vapin can hurt your lungs if u are not careful. So research youtube and facebook groups before selecting ur local store. But I am also a long time smoker and I finally quick smoking cigarettes 6 months ago thanks to vaping. Now barely use 3mg nicotine on my vapemod. Meaning that now i hardly used it. So it was very effective for me. Withing my experience i tried pills, patches, gum, e cigarette and even voodo hahha, and nothing worked exept vaping cuz is the closest u are going to get to enjoy while reducing ur addiction. Ps some shops will sell u only equipment that they only carry so then u are obligated to continue to shop at that store. It hapen to me at that store so carefull about that too, i spent good money on mod to find out a mont later than hardly anyone sell the filters for that peticular model.
