The employees helping in the front are very friendly, James is amazing. unfortunately I feel they need more personnel helping them out, with all this new construction they need to hire more people since they are more customers attending this post office

If it fits in your mailbox put it in with a note stating it did not belongs to you. Otherwise if at home watch the postman and give it to him or her, if that can't be done return it to the Post Office. But if you want to be a good samaritan, follow the correct address and give it to the rightful owner...I do that sometimes instead of the hassle with the Post Office.
