How does one get in contact with a manager at the store, please? I have called repeatedly over the last 2 weeks trying to get a sales tax issue resolved but can not seem to get anyone to answer after the initial operator transfers me.

The only way I could get someone to answer was to pick the electronics department then have them transfer me to management.
