LOL. They do that to me ALL of the time. I'd call them and tell them to radio certain departments or people to talk to me because every time they answers and it gets transferred, its bs. it'll never get to people if its constantly ringing.

Yeah, Alvin Google your self. Some of us know what good customer service is & realize we ALL still need it. Some stuff Google just don't know. Alvin must be totally lost without good ol' google. Sad.
