Mask wearing is required. But if eating or drinking in the restaurants it is not. I wear one regardless just to be safe or otherwise instructed.

Masks were required unless eating food or drinking. However, it was reported that Philadelphia may have had a change in mask mandate on Friday, June 11, 2021 so unsure if this has changed. Wear a mask and go if a mask is required. Reading Terminal is worth the visit.
