Only service dogs, this is very busy and sometimes congested and noisy. It could cause anxiety for your fur baby if they're not professionally trained. Lunch time gives me anxiety.

I would not take a small dog into the Reading Terminal Market. It's a crowded, noisy market with exposed food throughout. It would be a difficult environment for any dog.
