Public parking deck on Arch behind Home2 Suites. There's another deck few blocks down Arch as well.
Park at the Hilton next door. They give 2 hour parking for $4 or $5 if you get your receipt or ticket validated at the market. Otherwise there is usually meter parking up 11th Street, towards Spring Garden Street. You have to walk a ways back though.
They offer discounted parking across the street i think the merchants will validate it for..go on their website you should find info about parking.
Park across the street, 12th and Filbert I think. Get a ticket and get it validated by a shop at the market. You pay like $4 for 2 hours.
Yes there is parking at the parking deck on Arch and few blocks down as well. I'm sorry I did not give proper information. I don't drive and don't know the parking structures
Or you can take the train. It's bang opposite to Franklin Station.
Free parking is highly unlikely, better off just paying and finding a parking center close to your travel area
