Its a very simple process. When you call to schedule your appointment ask your advisor to reserve a free loaner car for you. Your advisor will let you know if we have one available or if we need to schedule your appointment for a day that we do have one open. If you simply need a ride home or to work we also have a free shuttle service. You can use the loaner car for as long as we are servicing your vehicle. We will always reach out to make sure you are informed through the entire process.
i didn't use that service, so i wouldn't know. they gave me a ride to my workplace via shuttle. took longer too. they were nice overall and apologized for the wait, yet it definitely felt like a hassle, tbh.
