Not very many fix cracked wheels you'd have to find some sort of metal shop to weld it and if they're aluminum they have to tig weld them. This place wont fix a cracked wheel they'll advise you to buy knew ones. I'm sure that's not in the budget but I'd advise that as well.
I doubt they fix the crack. Most likely they will recommend to replace the tire
