Its okay. They could treat employees better, with wages and all. When they got the tax breaks they said employees would get a 1000 dollar bonus. Turns out you needed to work there 10 plus years to get the 1000 dollar bonus and it would be paid out over a year. If you have been working for lets say 3 years you would get maybe 200 dollars over a period of a year. Also I worked for Home Depot and it was okay. It wasn't the company itself i didn't like but the managers i had. So thats strictly the location I worked at. And that was almost 9 years ago. I still support Home Depot and im sure its still a great company to work for. I really hate Lowes and chose to support Home Depot instead.
I see a lot of older semi retired employees at my local home depot and know of one person who has worked for them for several years. That to me indicates it works for them.
