There are many areas that are paved and thus wheelchair accessible however some of the grassier areas may beore doffocult to navigate. Overall, i would say yes, although i cannot speak as to the restrooms
Yes, although the trails are shellrock. If it's dry, you'd have no problem. But if it's been raining, you'd have to maneuver puddles and it can get "mucky" in low areas. It's a beautiful park all in all.
Not in the sense that a wheelchair bound person could enjoy the park fully. Some paths are paved but not smoothly. A motorized chair will have a better chance in navigating the park but they cannot go onto the shellrock paths, tree roots and other obstacles will be in the way.
