You get two carry ons with most airlines as long as it can fit in the overhead compartment or under a seat. Anything checked, you pay extra. Luggage can be checked at ticket counter when checking in or with a sky cap( they're usually around where you get dropped off)
Best to contact your airline
No a small bag up to 20 inches high go free with you in cabin per passanger extra bag upto 45 to 50 pounds cost 40 dollars .
This is a question for your airline, not PBI. That said, drop your bags with a skycap (work on tips) or your airline check in counter. Usually checked bags are not included anymore. It depends on the airline (Southwest) or credit card you used to book. If you can get your bag through security then you can usually check it at the departure gate for free, even if they would have charged you at check in. Good luck Queen.
