Jet Blue is at the end of arrival terminal you can wait at the end to wait and pick up passenger at legal designated parking.
Just look in ARRIVALS... Jet Blue With Delta .. near end

The whole airlines are basically together. Jet Blue have a green sign shared with Delta. Its going to be easy for you find your friend. Because is only a few exits whe everybody stay in one side. Just tell to your friend looking for Jet Blue green sing at south side of the arrival section. Basically at the end of the airport. :)
