Yes the Trash Valet is nice but if you have to much trash, or leave your trashcan out during times that arent pickup. They slap 25 dollars on your rent. That really bothered me. Nobody talked to me. Just a note in the door. +$25.00 to your rent your trash was too heavy.
Rent, Valet Trash, Intrusion Alarm are all included in the total rent price.
