I've had decent experiences there in the past, however the last appointment for my wife was horrible. I accompanied my wife to change her name on her license because she became a U.S. citizen. She speaks english, however has difficulty reading and understanding certain things. When her number was called I accompanied her to the window. I explained to the cashier (RPaul) that she needed a name change. She asked if my wife speaks english and I responded yes, however has some difficulty. This cashier would not allow me to assist my wife in answering any questions and asked me to sit down even though I tried explaining she needed assistance. She was rude and cut me off when I spoke. Because of this there were errors on the license, (address misspelled) even though the correct spelling was on her old license. My wife also registered to vote and there were errors on that also, which I had to correct online.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any government office. Came in to get a new license. I have to say it’s not the long wait that bothers me. It’s how rude the women was that was helping me. She was being very rude and Condescending. The worst I have experienced. She was speaking to me as if I was stupid and I can almost guarantee I have a higher education than she does. I notice you guys actually respond to the reviews and say you will direct the concern to the proper department. Apparently that’s not working because I can see everybody has the same complaint and nothing changes here. Why would you allow your staff to treat people less than human? We deserve better. But let’s be honest, nothing will change. I am so thankful I have achieved more in my life than to be a miserable person that works at an office with a negative culture that projects negativity on to the general public every single day. Shame on every single one of you. You deserve the 1 star rating you hold. I leave this honest review with much pleasure. I would like to close with a final comment. It is my belief that the staff member who was being rude to me today, was treating me rudely because she does not like white people. That’s how it felt. I think you should give your staff “equal treatment training”.

Hour and a half wait with an appointment lol. What’s the purpose of making an appointment. Another garbage run government facility.

Absolutely awful. I’m an international student and they DONT CARE about the difficulties and short comings we gave due to being a non citizen. We have all supporting documents proving we come here to study legally and move forward accordingly but the people working here have ZERO KNOWLEDGE AND INTEREST IN ASSISTING US. They’d rather have people driving without drivers licenses. I took ALL of my documents including receipt WITH USCIS for work permit renewal but the lady kept telling me I should’ve come earlier and had this or that when THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS FOR US. Our documents are dépendant on i-20 WHICH IS VALID. INTERNATIONAL STIDENTS HAVE TO PROVIDE EXTRA PROOF AMD EVEN WITH ALL OF THAT THEY FLAT OUT REFUSE. THIS IS THW 5Th time this happened. I’ve dealt with racism, been yelled at from employees and flat out disrespected. DONT WORK IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB SO MUCH. WE ALL WORK HARD AND WE DONT MAKE IT A MOTIVÉ TO RUIN OTHER PEOPLES DAYS AND PLANS. I WAITED OVER A MONTH FOR THIS APPOINTMENT ONLY FOR THE WOMAM UPFRONT TO TELL ME I SHOULD KEEP DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE. PATHETIC.
