Pets are allowed outside the village. The park is set up in three zones. Fenced area "village" which is the fee area is off limits to pets except on the annual Dog day which is in August. The Monument area outside the "village" is free and considered a public park so pets of all sorts are allowed. Our favorite is the neighbor who walks her Cockatoo. Leash laws are enforced. The third area is the shoreline trail which crosses park property. Pets are welcome there as well.
