Yes! There are people if all ages & it's a very friendly laid back environment
Yes of course!!! There is an 80 year old lady at my movent glow class and she absolutely kills it! There are a lot of people around their late 30s to min/late 40s that go here
I haven't taken class personally there but I've been in and out various times. There are people of all ages and classes of all levels. They're really great people there
