I think they need 3-4 weeks minimum for a custom suit. Any suit maker in NYC for that matter will take that much time for that matter. I got one suit tailored from tailor.com - La Rukico in 3 weeks and that was the minimum time frame I could find I think.
I think for an extra charge they can expedite the process of your suit to 3 weeks minimum.
Seriously doubt it.
